The Story
More than a century
in the making.
For generations, 135 Greenhill Road was a building that made things. Clothing came first, cut and stitched within those walls. Penny’s Knitting Mills followed, filling the place with the hum of machines and the smell of wool.
Today it is a listed Local Heritage Place, valued as a rare industrial building in this part of Unley. The Greenhill keeps that building, its hand laid walls and its working character, then lifts a collection of residences above it.
